General Refund Policy

RAMCAL INC. provides professional concierge, coordination, and assistance services. All services rendered by the Company, including service fees, consultation fees, coordination charges, and administrative fees, are non-refundable once services have been initiated or resources have been allocated.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that fees charged are for professional time, effort, expertise, and administrative work, and are not contingent upon the final outcome of any third-party process.

Acceptance of Refund Requests

RAMCAL INC. may consider refund requests only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You have formally submitted a cancellation or refund request through our customer support channels.

  • The request relates to services that have not yet been initiated.

  • The request is not associated with a completed, partially completed, or time-consumed service.

  • Any third-party dependency involved in the request permits reversals, waivers, or adjustments.

  • The Company receives confirmation or authorization from relevant third-party providers, where applicable.

Requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for refunds.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Service fees once work has commenced

  • Fees for coordination, communication, research, or processing

  • Charges related to time-sensitive or urgent requests

  • Fees associated with partially completed services

  • Charges where third-party rules do not permit reversals

Failure to proceed, dissatisfaction with third-party decisions, delays, or denials does not qualify for a refund.

Timeline for Processing Refunds

There is no guaranteed timeline for processing refunds. Where a refund is approved, processing may take 60 to 90 days, depending on third-party response times, financial institutions, and payment processors.

This period is calculated from the date a refund request is acknowledged to the date it reflects in your account. RAMCAL INC. does not control banking or processing timelines.

Steps Involved in Processing a Refund

  1. Once you submit a refund or cancellation request, our support team will acknowledge receipt via email.

  2. This acknowledgment does not confirm eligibility for a refund.

  3. We then evaluate the request and, where applicable, coordinate with relevant third parties to determine whether waivers or reversals are permitted.

  4. Decisions are dependent on external rules, systems, and policies beyond the Company’s control.

  5. If a refund is approved, you will be notified. The refund will then be processed through the original payment method.

Service Fee Policy

All professional service fees charged by RAMCAL INC. are non-refundable.
Fees are assessed per request, per individual, and per service scope.

In rare cases where a third-party waiver permits the reversal of a portion of fees, the Company may, at its sole discretion, pass such relief to the client after deducting applicable service charges.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted directly through our customer support team. Requests made outside of designated channels may not be processed.

Requests submitted close to execution timelines or after service initiation may be deemed ineligible for refunds due to the time-sensitive nature of concierge services.

Modifications and Change Requests

Requests for modification, revision, or re-execution of services are subject to feasibility, third-party rules, and additional service fees.

Such requests may take up to 72 hours or longer to process. You agree to waive any claims for delays, losses, or damages resulting from processing time or third-party response delays.

Confirmation of modifications is not guaranteed and remains outside the Company’s control.

Duplicate or Excess Refunds

If a refund is mistakenly issued more than once, you agree to immediately return the excess amount credited. RAMCAL INC. reserves the right to recover such amounts through lawful means.

Dispute Resolution

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered. Any concerns must be addressed directly with RAMCAL INC. Unauthorized disputes may result in service suspension and recovery actions.

Right to Amend Policy

RAMCAL INC. reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By engaging RAMCAL INC.’s services or completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
